Has Kevin Durant transformed into an all-around player? Averaging a league-best 28.2 PPG, a very respectable 8.3 RPG, and a solid 5.4 APG, is K.D. currently the best player in the NBA?

What would another edition of NBA Live Talk be without Kobe Watch?!  L.A.'s star shooting guard continues to make strides in practice and is nearing a return to hardwood within the coming days.  We provide the latest updates regarding Kobe's status.

Sigh, must we really discuss these pathetic Toronto Raptors? 64-28.  That is how much the Raptors were outscored by after taking what many would consider to be a commanding 27-point lead in a devastating loss to the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night.  The Raps look to get back on track as they take on the Phoenix Suns tonight.

ROOKIES STEAL THE SHOW:  Sixers point guard Michael Carter-Williams and Magic point guard Victor Oladipo made history on Tuesday night as the pair became the first rookies in NBA history to record triple-doubles in the same game.  M.C.W. poured in 27 points while collecting 12 rebounds and tallying 10 assists.  Oladipo, meanwhile, countered with a solid 26 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists.

With J.J. Redick sidelined for the foreseeable future and Matt Barnes recovering from a minor eye procedure, the L.A. Clippers evidently lack depth beyond their starting five.  Yes, Chris Paul is playing incredible basketball at the moment, but one most wonder if the Clippers can compete with the likes of the Indiana Pacers, San Antonio Spurs, Golden State Warriors, Oklahoma City Thunder, Portland Trail Blazers, and the Miami Heat?

One way to make up for the lack of offensive firepower coming off the bench is to give Jamal Crawford additional minutes, thus easing the load off the shoulders of CP3.
