Sarahlyn U. Argrow turned her vision of assisting single working women with children into a reality. She is the Founder and Chairman of a nonprofit organization titled AWWIN, Inc. (Assisting Working Women In Need). AWWIN, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization designed to assist single, working women and their children to better their circumstances. The mission of AWWIN has been to deliver a full continuum of support services to single working women and their children who are economically disadvantaged by providing an array of services that build self-reliance and foster personal, educational and professional achievement.

Sarahlyn started AWWIN, Inc during her employment at L’Oreal USA where she received the vision, strategy, resources and support to start AWWIN, Inc. Driven by self-determination and God, Sarahlyn went on to offer services and opportunities that were given to her, to many of the women she serves through AWWIN.
