ATONEMENT

BRIDGETOWN, BARBADOS  (Naked Departure)  —  History shows that the blood of our African ancestors was spilled continually during slavery in the vicious, the terrible and the atrocious slave port once known as and is still to this day named Bridgetown, Barbados.  Slaves trembled in fear as they were separated from family, categorized and branded!  If ATONEMENT must be had to correct all ills and to avenge the polluted….

NUMBERS 35:33 “Do not pollute the land where you are.  Bloodshed pollutes the land, and atonement cannot be made for the land on which blood has been shed, except by the blood of the one who shed it.”

….what hope then is there for the inhabitants of Barbados?  What hope is there for people who have not corrected this grave historical event of genocide/slavery/sins against humanity; and who have instead embraced the oppressive system and propped it up (while the majority remain poor)?

Barbados, being now (circa, 2016) described as a Christian nation, needs to reconcile these facts and walk with reverence into these spiritual teachings to correct the injustice of slavery.

The sins against the ancestors must be addressed! What they (the ancestors) did not or could not do then, must be done now.  Show some respect!  Being human demands it be so.   Naked Departure
