Monique Strong is a native Memphian with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clark Atlanta University and a Construction Manager Certification from Atlanta Technical College. Monique is an ambitious, detailed, oriented engineer and construction manager with leadership capabilities, project understanding, and experience with a specialty experience coming from the property management industry. She joined Ujamaa Construction in 2019 as a project engineer.

Monique is also a member of the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC)  and is currently active as sub-committee chair for Social Media for NABWIC's Marketing and Communications Committee.
