Today my guest is Karleen Harp, the Resume Smith.

Karleen is a personal brand copy writer and founder of ResumeSmith.  She honed her expertise over many years in the human resources field and as a recruiter screening thousands of resumes and interviewing to differentiate professionals.  She began writing resumes for her personal network more than 15 years ago and quickly became known as the “go-to” person when you need your resume updated or fixed.  Karleen left the corporate world and founded ResumeSmith in 2011 and now uses this expertise to help job seekers and entrepreneurs identify their unique differentiators, or “secret sauce,” then express their expertise in writing on their resumes and LinkedIn profiles to build their personal brand.
