My Mother's Secrets to Chicken Soup & Homemade Csiga Noodles

One of my grandmother's was born in Hungary and I never remember a Thanksgiving as a child that didn't include homemade noodles to go into her soul satisfying chicken soup.  My husband's grandmother was also of Hungarian descent.  Fortunately I was blessed to inherit her csiga noodle rolling boards  Now my daughters and I take the time to make these old world style noodles that has been satisfying many generations of our family in the past and will continue to do so long into the future.
