The Roundtable: From A Woman's Perspective is the brainchild of It's Your World Radio Network's Lateka "BossLady" Carter.  She wanted to provide a platform to address the issues women face without the "man bashing" element. She is also the founder of Divas Connections.  Her mission is to empower, encourage, esteem, and challenge women to regain strength and momentum in becoming a healthier, self-sufficient, more influential woman in all areas of their lives. The focus is on healing, purpose, and being supportive to our families, churches, businesses, and communities.

Joining The BossLady on The Roundtale are co-hosts Ayanna Crawford is the host of Inside Excellence, a platoform for local and national celebrities to be interviewed on trending topics.  She is also the Owner/President of AC Consulting Services. She has a M.Ed in Education from Springfield College.

Aslo joining The BossLady is Denisce Rodal (MsQuietStorm). She is the founder/host/producer of The Shootin' The Breeze Family Of Shows. She is also a certified life coach and author. Her mission is to educate, enlighten and empower the listeners so they can heal from the wounds of t heir past and live the lives they've always dreamed of living. Through her shows and other efforts, she is constantly seeking to uplift and encourage everyone who crosses her path.
