In order to have a successful business with continual growth, you must have a team of people moving in the same direction.  Many people get burned out and give up on their dreams because they are trying to carry the entire load themselves - trying to do everything with no one to help carry the load.

For many people, the challenge is in building the right team.  Even corporate America is selective in who they allow to become a part of t heir organization.  The people on your team represent you and your company.  It's very important to choose people who will do so in a positive light.
