Nobody Wants to Struggle, Nobody Wants to Suffer - But is it Necessary -- Author Stephanie P. Clegg joins MsG*s LoungeChat to discuss her latest book release.

Meet the Author

Stephanie Clegg is the wife of Reverend Robert Clegg and mother of their daughter, Shanelle. She is the First Lady of New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church in Newark, NJ where her husband serves as Pastor.  Stephanie received her Master’s degree in Psychology from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts. She also received a Counseling Certificate from Capella in Contemporary Theories in Counseling Theories.

Stephanie gave her life to Jesus Christ at the age of 13. Since that day she has always had a passion for serving and encouraging others. She has lead the Youth ministry for over 15 years; initiated a Single’s ministry, Dance ministry, and directed various Choirs. Her goal is to reach as many women as possible to “encourage one another and build each other up.” She also created a women’s group within her church named, The Issues of Life.” This group addresses the many issues that women face and offers a Christ-like perception and solutions.

Stephanie is an avid reader and studies the word of God for “instruction, rebuke, and correction.” She currently resides in New Jersey and is on a new mission to address issues that plague both men and women; Pastor’s and First Ladies; and Affluent men and their wives. She is a motivational speaker and workshop facilitator.
