President Obama told Americans, in 2009, that he would not seek federal funding for abortions, yet he endorses Planned Parenthood. The ACA (The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act), better known as ObamaCare, will provide funding for unintended births, but you can "opt out" if you'll knowledgable enough to know, for a rule in the bill states that your provider can't tell you about it, and that's only in those few states that have chosen to provide the "opt out" ruling!
