Post-holiday Recovery

Whether it is Christmas or some other holiday that requires enormous focus, the aftermath of that holiday can wreck your home and your body.  Today begins the holiday recovery for our family, especially for this mom, who needs to reboot and renew to sail through the rest of 2014 and welcome 2015 with open arms.  Today that process is gentle and maybe a bit different from the normal drive to clear the decks of Christmas in most homes.  It's about enjoying the post-holiday season as much or more than tne season leading up to the holiday.  Join us!
