Motown Maurice's Hustle & Shuffle welcomes Donte Essien. Donte is no stranger to the stage. At the age of 13 he attended Denver School of the Arts majoring In Theater, during this time he not only was acting in some of the city’s top theaters but also made his mark doing Print Modeling and Commercial Work for numerous local campaigns. During his last year of high school in 2007 Donte’s  realized that he also had a passion for dance, so he trained from  as many dance teachers the state  had to offer then eventually moved to Los Angeles in the summer of 2010.

Since relocating to the city of angels Donte has worked on many projects such as Disney Channels SHAKE IT UP, GOOD LUCK CHARLIE, GOOD MORNING AMERICA, Disneyland’s GLOWFEST, Cody Simpson’s WAITING FOR YOU TOUR, EXTREAM MAKEOVER, VICTORIOUS on Nickelodean…and it’s only the beginning. Donte’s attention to detail, dedication, and high energy is why loving to see him on the stage is so easy.
