Doris Thomas is the founder of "Never The Less". Never The Less Teams Up With R.E.A.L. Women of Cincinnati To Help Cincinnati’s Most At Risk Girls. On  March 13, 2013 – Never The Less teamed up with R.E.A.L. Women of Cincinnati for their 2nd annual “Sister Collection” free networking event. This 2nd Annual Sister Collection brings women, girls and organizations, along with interested community members together to link services, build collaborative efforts and empower young women.They have also teamed with City Gospel Mission that helps adult women combat issues of addiction, prostitution, homelessness, job instability, etc. Many of these women have stated to Doris Thomas that if there was a program like Never The Less when they were younger, it would have made a tremendous difference in their lives.
