Teens drinking, doing drugs & more with parental consent

You've heard these stories in the media.  Parents who allow their underage, minor children to drink, do drugs, and have sex in the home with their consent.  They say it's better than letting them loose on the streets doing the same thing, but they're doing these things with parental consent at their very own homes.
