Horses keep inside barns/stalls, or close to the house if neighbors have fireworks, give them lots of hay, chewing can keep them calm
write phone numbers on them if you cannot keep them in if they might spook, get good pics and watch for them. Make sure they are inside after the fireworks or on the property
