Yup, it’s PDR time again.

This week’s episode of Punch Drunk Radio has hosts Amy Barton and Alex Donno welcoming UFC welterweight Thiago Alves.

Alves (Twitter: @ThiagoAlvesATT) has not competed since March, when he fought Martin Kampmann and lost at “UFC on FX: Alves vs. Kampmann.”  It appears as if he won’t be returning to the cage anytime soon either.  The former UFC welterweight No. 1 contender has recently announced that he will be out of action until an estimated June 2013.  Barton and Donno will get the inside scoop on what’s preventing ALves from competing.
