The existing model of treating chronic pain is failing. More money is being spent on treatment of chronic pain then cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes combined. More people suffer from chronic pain then ever for longer periods of time.Cleary there is a reason for the lack of results in resolving pian under the existing medical model. The answer is clear "MISDIAGNOSIS". The primary method of diagnosing the cause of pain is the MRI and x-ray. These diagnostic tests find structural variations like herniated discs, stenosis at the back and mensical tears, arrthritis and bursitis at the peripheral joints. These variations can be found in as many people without pain as those with pain. Secondly, the test is always performed after pain begins. If the test were performed a day or a month before the results would absolutely identifical because these variations are progressive and degenerative in nature; meaning that they take years to develop and are so slow in their progression that they rarely ever elicit pain. So the treatment of these variations never addresses the true cause of pain. In fact in more than 90% of cases the cause is muscular. Muscular causes DO NOT SHOW UP ON ANY DIAGNOSTIC TESTS. Simply put, if a lower back muscle is eliciting your pain and a herniated disc or stenosis are identified on a test, the lower back muscle will never be treated and pain will persist regardless of the type or number of treatments you receive.

The Yass method interprets the presentation of symptoms that the body presents along with simple physical tests to identify the tissue eliciting the symptom. Typically, bone, nerve or muscle is the tissue. The Yass method is the only method capable of identifying all potential causes. No diagnostic test or medical specialty is capable of achieving this result. This is why the Yass method must become the standard of care when treating chronic pain. Learn why you must embrace the Yass Method.
