The Role of Scrum Master

On an all-new episode of Project Management Mondays, hostess Carla R Jenkins will be discussing the role of the scrum master. Jenkins is a certified scrum master with over 10 years’ agile project management experience. The 2016 Scrum Guide defines scrum as ‘a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value.

Scrum is:

• Lightweight
• Simple to understand
• Difficult

Scrum is not a process or a technique for building products, rather, it is a framework within which you can employ various processes and techniques.
