Tonight, Mike Moon joins us for another update on what's happening in the Missouri Legislature. For one, there will be a very exciting hearing next week on HJR 98. This hearing should have a full room, so if you are interested and able to attend, be sure and listen in tonight. We'll also discuss the Anti-Comandeering bill (HB 2582)

Then, there was an interesting debate this past week between Michael Farris and Walter Olson. The subject, of course, was whether or not a Convention of States is (Farris) or is not (Olson) the proper course of action for us today. Lloyd attended that debate and brings insight. We'll also renew our own discussions on the subject of CoS.
