This was a hard subject to prepare for because I initially wanted to hold a random discussion on it...then I figured that this is one of the best venues to hold , somewhat of a conference (online radio style) on subject that is so taboo that lots of people wouldn't touch it with a 10 ft. pole. It's no surprise racism hasn't gone away. It's too deeply embedded in our society to just disappear. As long as people are unhappy, there will always be racism. The question is why are we stuck in the muck, Still? Why are stereotypes easier to believe than truths that debunk them about blacks and whites? Why are blacks called race-baiters when they make statements about racism? Let's Talk About It... *While this will be a no holds barred conversation, there will be no insults tolerated here. When I open up my switchboard, I will be looking for people who have RATIONAL debating skills. That means, there will be no... *racial insults : a)calling anyone a nigger b)No calling whites on the show "whitey", "Cracker" or anything else racially offensive. *And there will be no screaming above the other person while they're speaking. Any screaming will get you ejected from the conversation.
