Please join me this Sunday, November 1st, 2015, 4:00pm, PST, as I welcome Eric Tivers to the program. Eric is the owner of Tivers Clinical Specialties, a private practice located in northern Illinois. Eric specializes in ADHD and high functioning autism. As a psychotherapist he works with children, teens, parents and adults. He coaches teens and adults, and consults to schools. He is a national speaker and host of the ADHD reWired podcast. He also has ADHD.

During this episode, we will explore how people with ADHD can begin to process and move beyond the shame related to their executive function deficits, such as inability to focus and regulate emotions, procrastination, impulsivity, and losing things to name a few!. Through mindfulness, forgiveness, and loving-kindness, those experiencing this shame can break through to a place of peace and vulnerability.

Please feel free to call in (917) 889-7025!
