Forgiveness often takes time to achieve, and a forgiveness practice or ritual can be done every day to move you closer to actual forgiveness. A forgiveness practice might consist of journaling for 15 minutes or meditating for 10 minutes. These forgiveness practices are simply steps you can take every day to help release that grudge and offer true forgiveness.
