In this episode I will discuss the compassionthat the Apostle Paul had for the church at Corinth. Obviously there was great sin in that church, but in this portion of scripture the apostle is clear that there was apurpose behind the suffering that the church was undergoing, and commended them in this passage for their repentance. We should use this as an example in our own churches when we are faced with situations, where we are being asked to release an offence, and surely in this chapter the apostle realises that his words can bring restoration in the church in Corinth.
