Paula Forman left the advertising business in 1999 and became an adjunct Professor of Sociology. She taught at The City University of New York (Hunter College and John Jay College of Criminal Justice) and Simon’s Rock College of Bard. She currently writes a gardening column for InsideOut magazine in the Hudson Valley.

As a leading edge boomer, Paula has brought her personal experience as well as her scholarship to the exploration of the current boomer phenomenon—aging. Always willing to take her own medicine, Paula is now in the middle of another life change

After graduating from Williams College, Jeff Johnson pursued his interest in people all the way to a Ph.D. in Psychology from New York University. From there, he worked at the New York State Office for the Aging, did research at the Alice Brophy Third Age Center and taught at Fordham University. Jeff grew up in a family of 12—and has been studying people ever since. Jeff has studied people for science, for fun, for love and for money. Jeff then turned his talents loose on the advertising industry, quickly rising to the top of his profession. A Forest Gump of the ad business, Jeff was a player at many of the most significant agencies in their heyday. These included J. Walter Thompson; Benton & Bowles; Scali, McCabe, Sloves and Wells, Rich, Greene. He went on to become CEO of WestWayne in Atlanta and is now General Manager at one of today’s hottest New York agencies—Cramer Krasselt.

He is an accomplished writer and speaker and willing to share his thoughts with just about anyone. Lately, this has included The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
