Elizabeth R. Blandon, Esq. was listed by The Miami Herald as one of the top-rated South Florida immigration attorneys in 2015. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, considered one of the best in the nation. Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality law, Ms. Blandon is an expert speaker who has been interviewed by local journalists covering immigration issues. This certification is the highest level of recognition of the competency and experience of attorneys awarded by The Florida Bar, the association of the state’s attorneys. There are fewer than 70 Florida attorneys certified in immigration and nationality law. Currently Ms. Elizabeth Blandon serves as Chairperson of the Immigration Section of the Broward County Bar Association and on the Nationality & Law Certification Committee for the Florida Bar.

Ashtyn Tayler is a medical volunteer who has been working at the U.S. southern border with medical teams assisting individuals and families. Ashlyn is a native Texan who graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Enviornmental Heath.

She recently spoke up about the harsh conditions she has observed at the migrant detention facilities. On 7/2/18, Ashtyn was interviewed on MSNBC's "The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell" and shared photographs of what parents and children in custody have been enduring. She will be sharing her notes and observations with us as we discuss this horribly painful situation.
