Rev. Dr. Audrey Warren, has been the pastor of First United Methodist Church of Miami FL since July, 2015. Pastor Audrey spent her first six years in ministry at Branches United Methodist Mission in Florida City, FL where she met her husband and partner in ministry, Jose Luis Soto. Together they work to make God’s love known and real through music and art. Hear about their newest project to assist homeless persons in Miami.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida Southern College where she majored in Religion, followed by a Masters of Divinity Degree from Duke Divinity School. In May of 2016, she received her Doctorate of Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C.

Audrey recently co-authored Fresh Expressions: A New Kind of Methodist Church For People Not In Church with Bishop Kenneth Carter from the Florida Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Audrey is a courageous leader who is fluent in English & Spanish. She also has a 200 hr. Yoga Alliance Teacher Certificate. In her spare time, you can find her at the beach with a good book, running in Coconut Grove, or at a yoga class in town!

Jose & Dania Collazo, with the help of Charo Bolanos, Esq., founded Team Daniella’s Foundation in 2015 while there daughter was still in treatment. Together they have chosen to turn a horrible situation no parent wants to be faced with into a positive influence in people’s lives. They have promised to dedicate their lives to making a difference in the childhood cancer world by providing a helping hand to children going through cancer.
