Born in London, Jay's early background was in entertainment, an Actress, Singer, Dancer but with obvious athletic ability she also trained as a Personal Fitness Instructor and Group Fitness Presenter and built her own large client base utilizing her skills and hiring other trainers to work with her in her home town of London, UK. With an entrepreneurial family background and a love for business a plan to open a fitness facility was always something Jay considered. Jay holds specialty fitness certifications in Aerobics, Spinning, Step, Reebok City Jam, Pilates, Body Pump and more. With 10+ years in the industry Jay is excited to have created a place where fun and fitness meet and encourages everyone to “be the best you” while enjoying totally new experiences during IronFlower’s intense, challenging workouts in her chic, glamorous, one of a kind fitness studio.
