On October 8, 2013, the colorful rapper will finally release his sophomore effort High Times. Ironically, Dro has been eagerly awaiting this day more than his deprived fanbase. Dro’s debut album, “Best Thang Smokin’,” debuted at #1 on the U.S. R&B and U.S. Rap Charts, and #3 on the Billboard 200. The hit single off of the album was the 2x platinum “Shoulder Lean,” featuring label mate T.I.
