The timeless saying “good things come to those that wait,” can be applied to hip hop audiences that have been awaiting a follow up to Grand Hustle/eOne Music artist Young Dro’s 2006 debut album Best Thang Smokin’. On October 8, 2013, the colorful rapper will finally release his sophomore effort High Times.  Ironically, Dro has been eagerly awaiting this day more than his deprived fanbase. Dro’s debut album, “Best Thang Smokin’,” debuted at #1 on the U.S. R&B and U.S. Rap Charts, and #3 on the Billboard 200. The hit single off of the album was the 2x platinum “Shoulder Lean,” featuring label mate T.I. Dro has been active on numerous mixtapes since then, and has kept a loyal fanbase with his featured appearances.
