Living more holistically does not need to be complicated. Start with growing some of your own fresh vegetables and herbs. Learn a bit about what makes a healthy growing environment and I'll share a bit about "companion planting" which simply means some plants grow better with other plants yet some can stunt their "neighbors" growth.

Prices are skyrocketing and it's getting more expensive to put food on the table which means it takes money away from other living costs. Here is one way you can stretch that dollar further. Plus you know where the food came from and how well it was cared for!
