Kara has over 10 years experience practicing energy work, massage therapy and in training massage therapists. In addition, she has coached people in achieving optimal health and well-being for over 25 years. She is passionate about supporting people experiencing their own connection between nutrition, bodywork, personal development, and the resulting expansion of awareness. Kara currently owns and operates Balanced BodyWorks Massage & Fitness,with locations in Madison, WI and San Diego, CA and provides nutritional coaching nationally.
