He will be focusing in particular on communication issues and social attitudes towards children who have this disability.  

 Safdar argues that society should have a more positive and supportive attitude towards Down syndrome and not to be so ready to write off children with this condition He States“We should refrain from assessing these children through their disorder or infirmity and we should be on our toes to take these children on our radar. Society has great obligation towards these children. How can we write them off? They are our children and they are one of us. How can we draw a barrier against these children? As able-bodied people, we should provide the opportunities so that they meet the challenges of life in a milder manner. If they are able to stand up, and become functional in society “these children through their disorder or infirmity and we should be on our toes to take these children on our radar. Society has great obligation towards these children. How can we write them off? They are our children and they are one of us. How can we draw a barrier against these children?
