Tracie Dean Ponder has worked in the entertainment industry for over a decade as an award-winning writer, director and producer -- in the independent, network and studio sectors alike. Her background includes stints at Warner Bros. Studios, Paramount, Fox Sports, and Harpo Productions. Through her boutique production company - Ponder This Productions - founded in 2004, she has written, directed and produced film, television, and on-line projects in addition to live events. Tracie has served as a producer for several reality television shows on BET Networks and her extensive knowledge spans from development, production, and post-production as well as marketing and distribution. Tracie has worked with a host of celebrity and notable talent. Most recently she served as executive producer of television show Real Music Live and RML Beyond The Stage, which aired on NBC and NBC Non-Stop respectively. She has managed and led film and television crews both small and large across the country. Tracie attended New York University earning a Bachelor of Arts with a dual degree in English and Philosophy, De Paul University receiving a Master of Art degree in Liberal Studies and UCLA receiving a Certificate in Film, Television, Video and New Media. Tracie has also studied directing under the veteran actress and director Lilyan Chauvin. She is currently the founder and CEO of Genius In Motion, Inc. which is creating an online social-business and entertainment network for multicultural talent in the film, television, and advertising industries.
