When starting to visualize, the first thing to do is relax. Once you've reached a deep level of relaxation, you’re able to connect with your source. Don't let that spook you – visualization is an amazing process and once you experience the profound feelings associated with your desires, you'll want to do it again and again. When you’ve reached a deep state of relaxation,it's simply a matter of monitoring your thoughts. Free your mind of the mental clutter of multiple thoughts, issues and worries.Reach this blissful state and then imagine your goal or perfect outcome. Get a picture in your mind's eye of you in possession of the desired object or conditions. That's what visualization is all about. Create your future in the present moment. There are a few simple keys to making the process of visualization work for you. First and foremost, you've got to feel what it's like to already have the exact result you want. Feelings are critical. Get a deep sense of what it will be like when your goal is manifested. Assume ownership of that goal. Make it yours. As Bob Proctor says, “name it and claim it.” What you're doing at this point is creating the spiritual form of what you’re about to materialize. Repeat the process over and over again until what you want is actually yours.
