Mrs. Adams holds a B.A. in Business and master's in public accounting. Her community work is focused on contextualizing the importance of equality and exposure for girls with a specific interest in black girls. Her dedication, efforts, and research are rooted within various communities throughout the United States. Her focus is to normalize the importance and benefit of early exposure and equal opportunities. Mrs. Adams's overall goal is to advocate and implement opportunities to increase youth interest in non-traditional careers and provide various cultural experiences. Having a diverse and tenured background in Corporate America, public education, and the nonprofit industry has afforded her many opportunities. The ability to directly work closely with girls and their families remains her top priority. She recognizes this as a privilege and takes great pride in her responsibility. Under her leadership with The Empress and Pearls Inc, her mentees have gained much exposure and increased experiences. She is fondly known as a Change Agent for girls!
