Kirby Lynn Gilmore, better known as "The Business Leader", is a multi-talented native of Miami, Florida. Kirby is a businesswoman, animal advocate, and musician. Her special interests include singing, playing instruments, poetry, and athletics.  Kirby is the new host of the SOW Network blogtalk radio show. Her motivational attire/accessories company, K.I.R.B.Y. Co. (Keeping It Real Being Yourself). She is also the Community Outreach Director for the Pro Talk program under SOW Network, Inc. Her, "Kirby's Year Round" program provides children from under-served communities with gifts throughout the year. Entrepreneurship has always been at the forefront of her life as Kirby founded Faith Enterprises, a candy sale business that donated 50% of its proceeds to worthy causes both nationally and internationally as a fourth grader.
