You want me to sell your neighbors lake house ? What ?

Sometimes sellers have no idea of the value of their property and other times they think they know and those numbers are just off the charts.  That is when I ask them " Oh, so do you want me to sell your home or your neighbors home that is for sale?"

Believe me, this line is not accepted very well - as they say "the truth can hurt" and this is an example of where it is so true.
