Keuka Lake Business Opportunities

Keuka Lake is has less businesses on its actual shoreline than you would think..  There are a few lakefront restaurants, one has closed and become a residence, another is for sale, one has been opened under new management with plans to excell and open a hotel directly next door.

Therer are so many other avenues an investor courld turn to and even better, be able to operate seasonally.   There are no bakeries other than what you would find in the local grocery store, no concierge services.  There are fast food places, you know like pizza and a McDonalds and rumor has it, there will soon be an Italian restaurant opeing in the newly renovated Garrett Winery building. 

Some of the seasonal businesses I can think of are the ice cream stops such as Seneca farms and Macs Dairy Bar  and the Go Kart business.

Head down to Hammondport and you will find a ton of neat stores to browse in - you will probably find something interesting to purchase.
