She was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2006 and did extensive research on how to not only survive, but live well with it.  She realized how few educational resources were available to those with Celiac Disease. This further deepened her desire to help others.

She opened Celiac Roads Life Coach, which has grown to have an international presence. She is a respected consultant for schools, restaurants and families. She teaches on how to live and thrive on a Gluten Free diet.
