As these elementary kids had earned an evening at the Rush hockey game, however, had to bravely face horrific racism, had beer thrown at them (Which is Assault) at the Civic Center in Rapid City, SD.It took the Rapid City police Dept. several weeks to charge Trace O'Connell with only ONE count of Disorderly Conduct.
