Along with his wife, Pastor Maxine Collier, they currently pastor the New Haven Empowerment Center in Macon, GA, a growing ministry that is empowering communities, restoring families and impacting generations. God has used the ministry to reconcile lives back to God and see definite change and restoration in the lives of those hurting and disenfranchised.
