Triple A Plan: A crises management system

Due to e-mails and calls I have  recieved,  I've decided to do a program specefically dedicated to successful crises management. The system that I have created is called the Triple A plan which is a system for functioning well when the unexpected happens. This will be done without a guest. So any listener is welcome to call in with your story or strategy that you have used that was helpful in you survuving the unexpected. The goal today is to give you a few more tools for your survival kit.
