In this episode of The Grassroots Mouthpiece I will have Senate 2 candidate Mike Smith. Mike Smith grew up in Decatur and graduated from Decatur's Austin High School in 1984. He has lived in Senate District 2 since 1988. He spent his career working as a firefighter until he retired in 2009. He sees the American dream becoming harder and harder to achieve every day. Mike Smith is asking that the voters send him to the Alabama Senate so that he can work to fix our economy and give all Alabama workers the opportunity to succeed.
