In Uganda, homosexuality is a crime. LGBT people are targeted in ruthless, brutal attacks for being LGBT.  You must be careful, he said, in going to the Doctor, because it is VERY LIKELY that the DOCTOR would call the POLICE to come and DEAL with you.

Andrew runs a number of "Safe-Houses" in which nearly forty people are sheltered.  He and GEHO are responsible for providing everything for these "clients".  Food, clothing, medicine, shelter, internet access ... otherwise... the people would have NOWHERE to go. Nowhere.

On today's show we'll discuss the suicide of Alice because she could no longer endure the anti-gay exile imposed upon her, after being shunned by her parents, family and village.

We'll also speak about the rescue shelter being provided to two gentlemen who have sought the protection of GEHO, in order to find respite and santuary from their endagered lives in the Congo.

Please listen.  Please call in.  Learn about the brutal inhumanity these people endure. Help make a difference in their lives, through increasing awareness. Let them hear your words of strength, faith, prayer and hope.
