So that's what three points feel like. It's been awhile.

Brek Shea returned and Adrian Winter and Bryan Rochez both opened their MLS accounts as the Lions claimed all the points against former OCSC star Dom Dwyer and his Sporting Kansas City teammates at the Citrus Bowl Sunday. Andrew Harrison joins host Michael Citro to discuss the game's talking points and bask in the glow of victory.

Then Hot Time in the Old Town Editor-in-Chief Sean Spence joins us to look ahead to Chicago on Saturday and which players may or may not play at Toyota Park for the Fire. Sean gave us the lowdown on the situation in Chicago and what we can expect on Saturday, plus his score prediction.

And we give our key match-ups for the weekend and our not-to-be-wagered-on predictions for the game against the Fire.

Here's how it happened:

0:25- Victory! Andrew and Michael dissect a very satisfying 3-1 home win on Sunday and spotlight the performances by Adrian Winter, Bryan Rochez, Brek Shea, Cristian Higuita, Servando Carrasco and others. Plus our Man of the Match selections.

21:20- Sean Spence jumps on and he's got much to say about the state of the Chicago Fire. He previews Chicago's speedy forwards and midfielders and which ones might sit out the match Saturday. Plus he gives us his take on the NWSL as Orlando City seems on the brink of adding a women's team.

47:36- Our key match-ups and prediction time!
