My guest this month is the very talented, Ann Ranson!

Ann Ranson is the president of Bottom Line 3 Marketing, Inc., a Dallas-based socially conscious enterprise that specializes in strategy, marketing and sales.

She was a strategic thinker even before she learned that her #3 strength is Strategic (according to Now Discover Your Strengths) though she didn't have a name for it then.  Her Bottom Line ³ Strategic Planning System is based on the business principle, triple bottom line, which states that every organization has three bottom lines, people, planet and profit.  This system provides a framework for integrating values and trust at the strategic level.

Ann gives you the benefit of her Fortune 500 experience in her career spanning 30+ years in the rough-and-tumble media world. Add to that experience her years as a marketing and strategic planner and you’re assured that the process is productive and efficient and that you get the benefit of learning what does and doesn’t work, minimizing the fear that strategic planning will be a waste of time.

A few career highlights:

  • Invitation to give two TED Talks at TEDxSMU
  • Affiliation with Core Clarity, Inc. who helps people understand their unique talents and strengths
  • Creation and facilitation of Bottom Line ³ Strategic Planning System
  • Certification as a Connection Practice and Selling to Women Coach and Facilitator
  • Sales & Marketing executive in the national and local radio industry
  • Building the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network sales operation from the ground up
  • Developer and manager of 6-7 figure marketing campaigns for major national companies
  • Accreditation as a Transformation Game Facilitator
