Staying healthy is not just taking care of your body.

It's all about your total health -- mind, body and spirit.   But what happens when you can't afford a doctor or hospital visit?  How do you take care of your children?  How do you even take care of yourself?

For over 30 years, Circle Family Healthcare Network (CFHCN) on Chicago's west side, has been reaching out to families who need primary and preventive healthcare and behavioral health services -- regardless of their financial situation.

Believing in whole-person care, CFHCN offers comprehensive medical services:  from routine screenings to 24-hour urgent care, as well as counseling and outreach programs.  This includes after-school programs for teens and 24-hour support for mentally ill individuals.  There is even a mobile health unit that provides free healthcare to the homeless, transient and others who need help with no income at all.

This exemplary nonprofit organization has been working tirelessly, led by CEO Dr. Andre Hines.  Dr. Hines' passion is having the opportunity to work with a faith-based organization, in delivering holistic care to underserved communities.

Learn the heart-warming stories about how CFHCN has been touching so many lives... It's a healthcare model we can all appreciate... a real difference-maker!
