New York Times Best Selling author Ashley and JaQuavis are set to launch a film based off their Best-Selling novel Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. The film is title “Hard Six”
Hard Six is an epic love story set in the streets of Flint, MI. What supposed to have been a get money scheme, turned to be something much more. A woman is torn between two lovers and has to choose sides in the suspenseful, surprise ending.
The film was shot in Flint, MI, the authors’ hometown. Directed By JaQuavis Coleman and starring Ashley A. Coleman, Ahmal K. Henderson, and Philly rapper Tone Trump.
Hard Six is JaQuavis Coleman’s directorial debut and he insist that it is an instant classic. “ We had a vision and we executed. I hope twenty years from now, people look back and say it’s a classic. The story came from pain and it was special to us because we filmed it in our hometown.”
Ashley A. Coleman starred in the film alongside with Young Jeezy’s artist, Tone Trump. Ashley A. Coleman also the screenwriter had to wear two hats. “It was a new experience and I cant wait to share it with the world.” She said in a recent interview.
