Campaigner and environmentalist Peter Hughes was amongst the first people to coin 'Big Idea' referring to a cross section of society embracing community enhancement .

Peter is from a catering background. With business innovation is in his blood, a father that was an Irish immigrant, self made millionaire and two brothers that did the same.

Peter had a revelation in the Brazilian rainforest that  led him to choose a path of business with a deeper purpose. Business to help the community and environment that is feasible and worthwhile.
