Join Lulabee as she welcomes the president of the ICDHR to the show.  The ICDHR is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit organization and one of Chicago's premier civil rights organizations. Michero B. Washington is the president. They provide programs and services that address conflicts across racial and cultural lines and identify resources needed to address causes for human relation disparities. Lulabee discusses with ICDHR president how she plans to bring new ideas from core areas of interest to launch and seeks to develop community-based interventions, designed to educate and provide harmony and diversity that cross race, gender, ethnicity and cultural divides between the inner city and suburbia. We will also touch on how they will also address youth and adults who externalize behaviors that place self and others at risk.

We will discuss her collaboration between The Barrio Project and the Illinois Commission on Diversity and Human Relations (ICDHR) they have announced that they have formed a collaborative partnership to proactively expound on anti-violence education, youth initiatives and contribute to other community proponents. There is no exchange of equity involved in the arrangement and Lulabee has also be invited to be apart of this collaboration and is looking forward to working on the same goals..
