On May 19-20, 2010, the Breakthrough Solutions Program of the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service, in cooperation with Harrison C.O.R.E., organized a road trip titled “Creating Great Places” to four Arkansas communities: Conway, Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Russellville.
